Behind every human smile, fear. Behind every success, doubt. Behind every conflict, a battle unseen.

SALIGIA is an allegorical journey into the hidden chambers of the human soul, where an ancient house becomes a living reflection of who we are and who we can become.

Within its sacred halls, readers encounter guardians of courage, compassion, humility, integrity, forgiveness, reverence, and love. Through mythological storytelling and timeless wisdom, each chamber reveals a simple but profound truth, the virtues we seek have always lived within us.

As darkness and light collide in an eternal struggle, SALIGIA explores the choices that shape our character, the wounds that shape our lives, and the inner transformation that shapes our destiny.

A powerful blend of mythology, spirituality, philosophy, and self-discovery, SALIGIA is a reminder that while the world may challenge us every day, the greatest victory we will ever achieve is mastery over ourselves.

The enemy is outside. The war is within. The home you seek has always been inside you.

Tagore Almeida is a technology leader, storyteller, filmmaker, public speaker, and advocate for empathy in an increasingly digital world. With more than three decades of international leadership experience spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the United Kingdom, he has spent his professional life helping organizations harness technology not simply for efficiency, but for human progress.

A former senior executive within global Fortune 500 organizations, Tagore has led large-scale digital transformation, innovation, and technology strategy initiatives across industries including logistics, supply chain, oil and gas, automotive, retail, and telecommunications. Throughout his career, he has championed a people-first approach to leadership, believing that technology achieves its greatest potential when guided by compassion, integrity, and purpose.

Beyond the corporate world, Tagore is a lifelong creative. He is the author of the debut book The Emperor Cried and the poetry collection The Goan Who Sold His FENI, a filmmaker whose work has been showcased internationally, a songwriter, and the creator of the podcast A Pint of Imbecile Wisdom, where he explores life, humanity, leadership, and the beautifully imperfect nature of being human.

His writing is deeply influenced by the universal teachings of love, humility, courage, and unity found across cultures and faiths. Drawing inspiration from figures such as Mahatma Gandhi, John Lennon, Bob Marley, Nelson Mandela, and Mother Teresa, his work seeks to bridge divides and celebrate our shared humanity.

Born in Goa and now based in Singapore, Tagore describes himself as a digital humanist, committed to exploring the intersection of technology, creativity, spirituality, and leadership. His guiding belief remains simple:

“One World. One Faith. One Race. One Colour. Just a Different Face.”

SALIGIA reflects that philosophy, an allegorical journey into the human soul that invites readers to confront their shadows, embrace their virtues, and discover that the home they seek has always existed within.
