Veena Ramakrishnan, a culinary connoisseur with a Master’s in English Literature, invites you into her kitchen with this collection of treasured recipes. Her dedication to healing, inspired by Master Choa Kok Sui, extends to the nourishing meals she creates for her family.
As a much sought-after Pranic Healer in her family, she understands the importance of food as nourishment for both body and spirit. Her cookbook is a celebration of food, family, and well-being. She lives in Kochi, with her husband, Justice T.V. Ramakrishnan.
