ABOUT THE BOOK
In a fast-paced, quick-evolving world, where we seem to be producing content at a pace faster than our learning capacities and shifting vocabularies, mental health awareness seems to be taking a slow stroll. Each generation has had its own strange and unique way of dealing with it, yet somewhere down the road, we have yet to completely address the real issues at hand. Of course, you can either be too progressive and ‘fashionably correct’ or just regressive and in denial when it comes to matters of the mind.
In times like this, an anthology of young writers from CHRIST University across the campuses and geographies presents, in the most subtle manner, a gentle reality check. The need for a pause, to reflect, and to look at the world around us is addressed here, just like looking through a kaleidoscope and not just acknowledging, but also celebrating every colour and dimension. In an age where we brush troubles under the rug of dark humour, this book is an invitation to confront the very turmoil that visits everyone as part of the human experience.
